Allocate a percentage of tips to each department before they are split between employees.
Seniority multipliers adjust each employee's share on top of their hours. A multiplier of 1.00 keeps the share the same, 1.50 gives 50% more.
Length of service multipliers apply by band based on how long each employee has worked for you and are multiplied with hours and any seniority multiplier.
